Where are my legs?

I got a free personal trainer try out at the gym today.  The appointment was actually set for this coming Friday but since I was at the gym last night working out the trainer said how about this morning? And silly me said sure why not?
I showed up late (more than likely hoping I'd missed him and can go on with my sissy treadmill and weight machine workout).  Unfortunately he was there! And I warmed up for 10 minutes then did V-squat machine 35lb each side 12 reps 2 sets...walking lunges 2 sets...wall squats 1 set 12 reps and on the sets he had me pause every 3 for a few seconds.  I learned that my left side is much much weaker than my right, my knees are weak and creak, and my abs are still weak.  For abs he had me on my back holding a medicine ball straight out and just raising my shoulders. My abs died and then we did plank and my back was straight my legs were straight i was on my toes and I felt my stomach dropping to the floor and I couldn't pick it back up.  But I made it through the 30 min workout.
I forgot my swimsuit so I was unable to do my hot tub pool after workout chill time so I went home to get it.  But  the jelly feeling of my legs after the workout got worse and I was unable to walk and sit and get up or move! And I'm thinking of working out with him again.  Sick.
I know he'll bring out my inner fitness model quick.
So now I'm gonna look for a suga daddy.
