I can walk on the treadmill at 3.5 for an hour. I can run on the treadmill at 6.0 for a minute and a half. At 285 pounds 5'10" and 39 years I figure that's a pretty good start. Found out this evening though, while attempting day 2 of P90X (Plyo) that I cannot jump and I cannot lift my left leg over an object that is knee level to me! But I will eventually! I love love loved that workout. I was completely dead at the end of it and I hurt now. Will see what I find out with tomorrow's workout.

ReplyDeleteHa! I forgot I had moderate comment tab checked!! lol Thanks! The first 3 days killed me and I didn't do all my workouts for the week. But guess what? The pain is gone and I've already improved from last week. I'm really looking forward to plyo because I think I've worked out the mind thing and can jump now! lol
